SEED specializes in creating design, planning and evaluation tools that are affordable and fun to use.

We offer tools and walk alongside, providing coaching so that our clients can carry out effective performance management and achieve more dramatic results on their own.

COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSTICS, CAPACITY-BUILDING AND RESULTS

All SEED consultation packages utilize a battery of diagnostic tools, at 6-month intervals, to assess strengths and unmet potential. Findings are used to set metrics and define strategy for achieving measurable results in six months. Coaching is available at every stage, to identify and unleash creative capacities and resources, improve collaboration, and practice shared reflection in performance monitoring. An online Journey Mapping platform is customized for participants to monitor progress in mastering personal competencies and achieving program goals. An online “score card” illustrates visually provocative, real-time results.
