Most SEED consultations begin with a 2-hour diagnostic process. Seven complementary tools are used for groups to determine their current performance status and areas of unmet potential. The diagnostic results are displayed in dashboard format on the Performance Score Card. Each six months, the process is repeated, and time-series data are captured.
